Default whats up with backfire

During break in I was running 18/1 wich I thought was alot I blamed the mix,now Im back to 32/1,ran great for a while,today It ran as if I had poor gas backfired some and quit.I changed the fuel filter and am out of daylight,any suggestions so I dont over think /over work this issue?...Thanx guys

Default Re: whats up with backfire

Check your connections to the CDI and your kill switch. A bad/intermittent connection will cause it to backfire.
