Default Moving motor kit to a different bike

I will be moving my China motor to this Western Flyer beach cruiser (after the Fat Tire Festival) I revived. Any advice or insight into what can make the transplant go smooth would be appreciated.

The beach cruiser has slower steering, a longer wheel base and a lower seat height than the old MTB
to make my commute easier.

Here is my trusty, but less comfortable MTB with the China Motor.

Dunno WB. I swap engines around a lot and is pretty much just an install with a teardown thrown in.

Your Univega looks awesome. I was going to suggest a bent seat post as they really make a world of difference for comfort and gets you off leaning on your hands and the peddles. But would add height to the seat.

Spooky has them. So cheap, might be worth a try.

Found some pics. IMHO, this is the best bang for the buck upgrade there is. 2Door made this one out of solid material. Its not a bent pipe. (same seat post in all 3 pics) Really does wonders.

Hehe, sounds like I sell them. "....being more aerodynamic, you will get better mileage and torque and will actually out perform the higher rated traditional seat post"

Still the height thing though. All this is just a thought.

Happy loves em too.
