Default Not sure

if this question has been asked before. Why isn't there a dealer here in the
United States that offers what Chris Hill does to these 2-stroke china girl engines?

Things that a Chris Hill Engine has down to it:
2-STROKE- High Output Engine
1. Changes out Bearings
2. rings- he changes or file down
3. replaces gaskets
4. replaces bolts
5. chamber edges of the port into the cyclinder
6. re-jet the cabs
7. lubes everything
8. measure in everything
9. makes sure everything is in proper working order
You get the NGK Sparkplug and 7mm hp ignition wire. Uses high quality german bearings
(27,000 rpm). Japanese mains, and double walled seals with spring retianers.
Uses heavier motorcycle grade cables clutch/ throttle
