Junster . thats a nice setup . does the sprocket on your crank freewheel , or do the pudals keep spining when the motor runs

The set up he is running is the SBP Shift Kit. The kit includes a front freewheel so the cranks can remain stationary or you can pedal if you like.

Thanks Ghost, I can add that it's a great kit, I love shifting gears, oh and it's the kit with the heavy duty front freewheel. My bottom bracket was a sealed bearing unit. So before I switched to cup bearings and the longer crankshaft that comes with the kit. I put it together with my existing crankshaft. ON MY BIKE, it all fit fine with no clearance issues. If you really want to get the most out of your bike I highly reccomend it.

Some frames you can get away with the narrower spindle but some cannot.

I gained 5mph and now the motor isn't screaming at top speed. I just ordered a CNS carb from Zoom I'm hoping to get a little more top end.
