I'm going to be moving in about a week so I thought I should get down to my workshop and start sorting through stuff and packing it up. Wasn't down there more than 2 minutes when I found an extra aluminum spark plug cover that I had left over from a custom motorcycle build I did a number of years ago.

I thought, Hey...I can use this to spiff up my MB!

I can't remember where I bought this but I imagine they're available from hot rod parts dealers.

P.S. I had to drill the hole a bit larger so it would fit over the rubber end cap of my spark plug wire. After I got it on I started tinkering with some other things on my MB, next thing I knew hours went by. I think I'm going to have to hire someone to pack up my workshop...
