Unhappy troubleshooting 80cc (bikeberry)

installed it fine but when i ride downhill & let out the clutch it starts & then stops when i reach level ground.I have already played with the choke & fuel intake & the screw next to the primer.

Are you sure its actually firing up? or are you just hearing the engine spinning around from going down hill?

How are you mixing the gas?
did you check for spark?

12:1?? woah man thats way way way too much oil.. if its a new motor should be running atleast 18:1. When you hear it start pull the clutch lever and give it a little bit of gas and it should keep running without stalling..
