Looking for a 64 or 65cm bike

Hello all,

I am having a super hard time trying to find a 64 or 65 cm road bike/mountain bike within my budget. I would like to stay under $250, and decided to post here to see if a fellow forum member could assist me. I would love to find an old Trek or Cannondale in good condition that would work and would appreciate any help.
I live in Northern California.
