Default SBP Exhaust systems

I was wondering what everyone was using to seal the oil leaks with this exhaust.
Is there a high temp paste to use or are you expected ( once fitted up ) to weld the pieces together ?

That is what the silicone tubing is for that is included in the kit. It is discussed in the instruction manual.

Thanks Ghost0, I saw that but was trying to figure out a little cleaner looking solution.
When I got my kits, both had a copper piece mounted to the manifold with some kind of paste and I was wondering what that was.

We used an exhaust sealing material there but it only works on that joint because it is a press fit and is only intended as a seal. The gaps on the other joints are too large and exposed to too much vibration for that material to work. I agree the tubing is not the most elegant solution but it works and it is what makes our pipe so universal in its mounting options.

OK thanks, we'll get the tubing on. Exhaust works great, just as advertised
