OK GUYS I STILL HAVE NOT GOT A MOTOR FO MY BIKE YET. BUT THERE WAS A POST ON THE DIF WELDERS FOLKS USE AND I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THIS. ME AND A FREIND OF MINE WAS IN THE SHOP THIS WEEKEND AND WE MADE A VIDEO USING A HARBOR FREIGHT WELDER. THIS MACHINE IS CHEAP AND WORKS. MAY HELP SOME OF YOU FOLKS THAT FAB YOUR OWN STUFF. Thanks for sharing I have not looked into Harbor Freight's version of this type welder much. I might just try it. I kinda of cringe at the price of a good tig. I got a nice Lincoln mig but I would not mind a tig for some projects.

ya man that works great for low budget. too bad you have to scratch start it and wreck and contaminate the tungston. once it sticks and you break it off there goes your nice sharp tip. def works great tho for under 250$

Your welcome guys you cant beat it for the price.the scratch start is not that bad just takes practice .this will work good for fab work on bikes.
