Well i'm pondering what my next project will be.
Thinking if we keep beefing up these motors were gonna need some spare parts.

So lets make this a thread about what parts we would be most interested in.
Hopefully santa will hear us and bring us a good source.

There are a couple expansion chambers out there but i would like to see more.

A high performance Bearing Upgrade Kit would be Sweet.

Racing Pistons and Rings.

Reed Valve / Intake Manifold / Carburator Kit all in 1. ( o Yes )

An exhaust manifold like the X-Can design.

A stuffed or performance Crankshaft "Lighter Better Balanced"

What do you guys think.
I think you can't beat building your own motor.

Ok Ok buy a new motor to ride wile you rebuild your old one as a performance monster.

Anyway lets see what else you guys come up with.
I got to tell my wife what to get me and x mas is allmost here.

Hey Rich,

Any chance you know what the bore and stroke is for a 49cc and a 66cc.

Thanks for the help...

Re: Christmas Whish List "What parts do u want"

I know the bore is 47mm on the 66.
And the PK80 stroke is 39.67 MM

You can measure the bore with calipers and measure the stroke with an indicator.
Only need to take the head off.

I'm pretty sure the under 50cc has a 40mm bore.

There is a formula to calculate stroke based off of bore dia and displacement.
I'll have to find it.

I'd like to have the TIME to build my reed valve intake for Christmas.
Purchased the materials a while back.

Cool building 1.

I wish there was a bolt on.
Then you wouldn't need the TIME.

Anyway i working the timing figures.
There coming.

That looks like a good pipe.
I really like the pipes like the dominator where the cones taper out nice and pointy.
Honestly i can't wait to design a pipe.
Allthough i have an SBP pipe and i love it.
Huge power difference.
Thats why i know a pipe designed for specific porting will be sweet.
