Bike takes a while to start

Hi, im michael from AZ and when i start my bike it starts stuttering and it takes a while to start can i get some help with this?

when i pedal it starts but i have to rev it up to get going idk why also i cant idle u think my cable needs to be tightened, any ideas?

Turn the screw IN on the left side of the carb. It is for idle speed, not mixture, despite what the "instructions" say.

Push the tickler button on the left side of the carb, pull the choke 1/2 to 3/4 of the way UP pedal and release the clutch with the throttle just cracked open and as it warms up a bit, push the choke back down.

I always fire mine up, and ride it slowly to warm it up. I don't start it and then try to let it idle to warm it up.
