I just recieved my Manic Mechanic sprocket adapter, but it didn't come with any instructions. I was surprised to see that there are no lock washers on any of the set screws. Do they need them? Do I need a thread compound? Is there a torque spec?

Any help appreciated.

use threadlocker, and torque the bolts was tight as you can :)
I used a box end wrench as a cheater bar when I installed mine 11k+ miles ago, and it has never moved ;)

Bill's got it. Get it positioned where you want it on the hub for alignment and tighten it down. You love it! Sooo much smoother and worry free.
