Title states it. I'd like a wheel with 11 gauge spokes (26 x 1.75) For my Raleigh M60 MB. I have 8 gears on the rear sprocket and rim brakes.

The wheel at the link above is a front wheel not a rear? So no it won't work with your 8-speed cogs. they may have one that will but I couldn't find one in the brief perusal I did there.
Try your local bike shop and ask if they order parts or can order parts from J&B Imports. They have a line of relatively inexpensive wheels called WheelMaster They may very well have what you are looking for.
