New at moterized biking

Hi everyone!

I just purchased a Spooky Tooth bike. It has an HuiSheng 142 engine. I have had it for about 2 months and I still not been able to get it on the road. It will start on choke but when I take it off of choke it stalls out. Spooky Tooth is sending me a new carburator so we'll see what happens. If any one has any suggeations please let m know.

Welcome to the forum....maybe you want to make a post in the troubleshooting forum?

Sounds to me like you have a very lean condition, which can be caused by a lot of things.

So how do I correct the condition? It has two screws, a black one and a brass one . which one does what? I sure would appreceate your help.

I'm a two stroke owner, but your problem sounds like an air leak in the intake system. Look forward to some pics of your spooky bike.
