Is it possible too run disc brakes in the rear. Without run a jack shaft on a 20" bike? so I'm looking at rim sprocket on motor side?

The biggest hurdle is finding the room between the outer edge of the chain and the caliper. If you have a very small sprocket, 28-30T and a 203mm rotor you might make it but anything larger than a 36T sprocket usually doesn't allow for full pad contact with the rotor. A custom rotor mount might work but be ready for some detailed machine work which isn't going to be cheap, to mount the rotor on the pedal chain side.
Good luck.

He doesnt want the rotor on the pedal side, he wants the rotor and drive sprocket on the engine drive side. He should check out King's sales and service. They carry an adapter called a Top Hat and different sized sprockets. From what I know, it allows the mounting of the rotor and the drive sprocket in the fashion he wants it. King's usually has an ad on the side of the page.
