I want to get a expansion pipe for my 80cc HT motor, I have found this strange expansion chamber on ebay that is very short and is very close to the engine. What kind of power would this expansion chamber bring? Would it add more top end or bottom end? Would it work?

I am aware that I will have to modify the exhaust to make it work.

It should make a powerband come on at about 20,000 rpm by the shortness of the header!

Also, that kink in the pipe at the first bend has got to restrict it big time.

Much better. That one will get you close to good.

Not sure where to get just the chamber, but I'm sure it's possible.

Alrite well I decided to ride down to my local pep boys and pick up a couple things in preparation for getting my engine..

One 8mm Silicone spark plug wire.

A tube of Ultra Grey RTV Silicone

A tube of High Strength RED threadlocker.

A small amount of Dielectric Spark Plug grease that locks out moisture and prevents arching.

and last but not least a pair of 35watt round driving lights (for safety).

HI,

We hope to have these out in about a month and a half from 8-15-08....

Andrew
Wow that looks pretty good.. The real question would be, how much does it cost?

I just got done installing the lights and testing them.. Check them out, they are crazy bright.

I still need to run the wires along the bike to the back cleanly, I am waiting for the battery to arrive that will go on the rear rack.

Hey does anyone know if there is any reason why one of these 5 liter cans wouldn't work as a gas tank??

I'll bite on that question with this answer. I think you need to drink the contents first before mounting the tankrotfl on the bike:D
but by the time its empty you might not be able to find the bike let alone mount it, the bike might just mount you.rotfl
