Does a 2"-wide 26" non-pneumatic bicycle tyre/tweel suitable for friction drive exist yet?

happycheapskate has this in his signature:

Amerityre polyurethane bicycle tires:

If you search, you may find this: http://www.amerityre.com/Our-Products/Low-Duty-Cycle-Foam-Tires-15.html

However, it says "Low Duty", not exactly sure of the ramifications behind that. The tires may not be fit for motorized bicycles.
Airless tires, from my own limited experience years ago, tend to have poor handling characteristics and don't ride very well.

I dunno. But air-filled tires replaced solid tires for a reason. If you want to reduce punctures the best you can, use a quality tire with tire liner and a heavy duty tube with Slime in it. Solid tires aint gonna do it, this aint the 1800s anymore.
