Finally! Time to fit it and see how it runs after my CDI gets here Tuesday. I'll keep you guys updated.

I finally remembered to dig out the Xchamber vid on youtube.
They use a pressure washer. the vid is called Hydroforming.

Hi again. It's been a nice summer of riding, and the expansion chamber has performed super. I did have to lean out the CNS carb to get it to quit 4-stroking, but it has plenty of power to accelerate up hills, maintains a comfortable 20 - 25 mph easily, and top speed was 37 mph. I'm thinking hard about joining the " 20 MPH Club " because 30 is too fast for a Huffy Cranbrook frame.

Did you lose a buncha bottom end power with it?
WoW! 37mph is pretty fast.
especially on a hi CG machine with marginal brakes...
