If you buy a Pull-Start + Centrifugal Engine Kit from ducaticvcc on eBay, be advised/warned that the centrifugal clutch does NOT have a sprag in it and you MUST use the pull-start to start the engine, it cannot be pedal-started
Also note that the kit does not come with a clutch handle/cable and the clutch shaft is solid and not hollow, there is no hole or boss on the output gear cover so there is no easy way to add a manual clutch to this kit unless you replace all of these parts, and add the internal clutch shaft components such as the clutch shaft itself,bucking bar and ball, springs, nut, etc.
Also, the crankshaft end on the clutch side looks like it is externally threaded and uses a centrifugal clutch assembly that is different from the ones in the aftermarket kits.
If you want to enjoy the centrifugal clutch experience, I would suggest to get the regular manual clutch kit and add an aftermarket centrifugal clutch.
