bought a kit trying to get info on legality state patrol trying to asssist me --really -- he said it was a grey area of the law will get back to me put bike together runs real nice 38 cc any advice city laws county laws state laws fed laws to many laws dmv unhelpful any wisconsin riders would like to build and sell bugs in my teeth people look cops chased me home the other night so info is needed
