i need a bike.
not to "side-track" or toss away the Higgins, but i find i work better when i have multiple projects at once.
so there is this website (Rat Rod Bikes) and they have bicycle restoration build offs.
Soooo I need a vintage bike, or frame. it can be rusted or what ever. I'd like to spend about $80 total, but im flexible.
