It is complete, and in good working order. I have ridden this bike about 50 miles, then changed engine, and gear box oil. The build thread explains alot, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
If memory serves, I have about $450.00 in parts and materiels, and about 15 man-hours of build time. How's $600.00 sound? Make an offer, or make a wise-crack, either is welcome!
Also, depending on where you are, and how patient you can be, my over the road trucker friend may be able to bring it near you. You can give him a 50 dollar bill. No promises though, we'll just have to see.
