I need max torque for gentle hills... I do not want to go fast with a big load of icream bars and dry ice in the front. I am too new to post links, but i quick search for Worksman Bicycles will bring up their website with pleanty of pictures and specs. I have the Worksman Ice Cream Tricycle V-ICT model. It has a shimoto 7 speed rear axel with coaster brakes. There are no front brakes at this time, though I plan to add some later...

I would think 4 stroke and 50-70 tooth rear sproket ,possibly even 80,,,lower speed and lots of pull
