You could probably find something just as good on ebay for less $$$.

I know that they may come from different Chinese factories, but ALL Chinese 2 strokes suck right out of the box. Take the money that you save and upgrade the original kit hardware with SBP hardware.

I pedalled a Univega Arrowpace for a decade and it was a sturdy bike. A 2 stroke motor should fit in the frame unless your frame size is small.
The back wheel on mine required frequent spoke replacements under pedal power. Run the largest tire available, which is probably 27x1 3/8. Replace the drop handlebars with cruiser or mountain bike bars and brake levers.

Ebay is as cheap as it gets. I ordered my China girl on EBay and had very good luck. I have some mechanical skills so I was willing to take the risk.
A used motor off of craigslist would probably be the only cheaper way to go.
