Well i have tried endlessly to find port mapping for these little engines. Only found one posting. I thought thus might be where i chime in and give my two cents worth.

Will start after this post and post up results. to late tonight. But tomorrow will take readings of the two jugs i have one is the gt5 the other is unidentified. But i figure they are the same. for the gt jug i haven't done anything to but for the no name i have dremeled all that i could reach on the transfer into cylinder area and dremeled the intake & exhaust ports smooth with reshape to its respective manifold. I figured that smoother walls would be better. Thinking of using the forbidden jb weld for some spots in the intake side, thought that it would be safe enough doesn't get to hot in there for it to melt off. I just thought about vibrating off.

I would not use JB weld, I would use splash zone, or marine tex. Same stuff we use in the race car heads and manifolds. BTW jb can break down and fall out
