small crank sprocket info

I am looking for a source for a small (28-30T) sprocket for a 1-piece crank
I have been googling for a couple hours and am having no luck in finding a reasonable priced one

it is not needed by me, but would be a solution for someone else who is having clearance problems mounting an engine in their frame

I don't want to recommend going smaller to him until I can give somewhere to look

All I can think of is to take one from a little kid's bike, but the central hole may need to be enlarged. I recently got a one piece extra wide crank which uses the hexagonal keyed sprocket which was toot big for my application and could find nothing small. I ended up taking a 36 tooth one from a kids bike, clamped the larger one to it to keep it centered and filed out the smaller one to the same hexagonal pattern. He may have to do something like that.
