Default Max torque on single speed freewheels?

Wondering how much torque can be pushed through a single speed freewheel? I read somewhere around 200-300 ft-lbs. Thinking of building a motorized trike powered through a riding mower transaxle geared 2:1 overdrive through 2 chains to a standard freewheel on each of the rear wheels. Engine will likely be a 6.5hp to 8hp I'll pick up later on. Going to be a low budget winter project.

I have a good idea of the capabilities of the sprocket and its mount from the engine kits. Would the freewheels be stronger?

I know they will handle a 200 lb guy standing on the pedal at the end of a 175mm (6.88") crank. That is about 115 ft/lbs.

A 212cc Pred does about 10-12 ft/lbs of torque, so up to 5:1 reduction between the output shaft and the crankset should leave a fairly decent strength margin.
