Finally finished my scrap aluminum tank. I got the cap and vent from bung king which motivated me to get er done. Sealed it and welded -8AN fitting I had laying around into the side and ran bigger line. Nothing fancy or special, but this bike is officially complete and debugged.

Nice man......looks like it holds nearly a gallon, could ride all day without refilling. I just found out I can ride 40.8 miles on my half-gallon tank on my Felt with 212cc predator......a bit over 80mpg laff

Id be very happy to get 80mpg out of this bike, fuel economy has never been its strong suit.:-||

I'd bet highly that the little 50cc Morini gets better gas milage than my gas guzzling 212cc HF......highly!

I don't know Scotto your motor seems pretty relaxed cruising at 3500 RPM where mine is at like 9k to do the same speed. This tank should give me a little more range now.
