Vintage Clinton E-350 Motor

Motor runs and has a clutch type pulley.The stuff in the box are the small govner parts and Id tag.Missing by the airfilter top bolt and maybe some type of gasket by carb?1.6 hp e350 I believe

Did you put the Clinton motor in a bike?
I just found an old Iver Johnson bike and a Clinton motor too.
