Hi guys, i bought a motorized bike today for 170, runs perfect, has a custom pipe, and everything that could possibly be done to make the engine kit more secure and safe to the bike has been done. I Bought it without an air filter on it, the guy said it fell off while riding. 
Well, i tried to put a piece of cloth in front of the carb where the filter usually goes, and the bike would not start. the second i took that off to allow the most possible air to come in, the bike started instantly. What is my problem here? I would like to run an air filter if possible.
