High performance cylinder kit for Whizzer

Do you still have this Whizzer cylinder kit modified by Quenton? If so, I have a few questions: is this the NE5 cylinder.......what else is in the kit besides the cylinder. I may seriously be interested as I am the owner of an NER, which has a motor with it's own serious flaw: a steel valve "cassette" which appears it may loosen as time and miles build up, causing serious loss of compresssion. I've been debating trying to find an NE5 cylinder or go with a cast iron cylinder when I saw your post.
I'm new to this posting stuff so bear with me as I go along. I'm trying to identify problem/weak areas of my bike before I put her on the road. The NER cylinder is the biggest game breaker (CVT may be another hiccup too)
