Hello all, I have many bicycles and experience with fabrication. I am in need of what I think may be simple. Gearbox that bolts to engine, I found the dual threaded/sprocket hub on ebay but perhaps there are others out there by perhaps one of the advertisers here?
I think what I need is quite simple.
1. freewheel Hub / Threaded sprocket / thicker spoke and rim suggestions
2. proper sized quality chain for this set up.
3. Chain tensioner and guide if needed
4. A nice hefty gearbox that can be modified later for going up long steep hills or mountains and a few gear choices perhaps.
I am well aware of Statton and plan on ordering a kit from them later. I am just interested in other potential items at this time.
I am going to be fabricating a mount for my GEBE kit soon and just wondered what parts for chain I can also use. I am thinking of making my mount work for both kits at the same time.
