Update, changed the tensioner and modded it to fit, used the small runner, folded 90 degrees and bolted to the back of the engine mounts, works very well, modded the seat post to sit wayyy back, need to clean the welds though, and removed the temporary fixing and welded a front mount, did all of this to find the rear wheel is pretzled!

My mate bent the bloody wheel, did not tell me that, the front light just fixed not wired yet, need to sort the tank next, get rid of the rubbish Chin tank.... keep ya posted....

Just got it back on the road, changes include, disc brake fixing for the drive disc, the old one is crap, replaced by drilling threw into the disc hub, will replace later with a top hat adaptor. Cut and trimmed the rear mudguard, removed the front, tape wrapped the exhaust, cut the internals of the exhaust, and ported the gasket and pipe, replaced the crap HT cable. This to do now, new air filter and fuel pipe, the tank, the reserve tank and the HT/elec box, re wire with wire canvas cable, new grips and new saddle, then off to the painters for full respray. Burgandy and cream with pinstriping and faded laquer.

The difference in changing the bolt on adaptor with the gasket and using the disc mounting is totally amazing, the take up is instant, have a few issues with clearance on the chain stay, but nothing a hammer will not sort. Going to start tweeking the engine next, keep ya posted
