Alright, so the measurements for the springer fork that I'm looking to purchase are as such:

Steerer outside diameter: 1" (25.4mm)
Steerer inside diameter: 7/8" (22.2mm)
Steerer length: 180mm with the top 70mm threaded

The fork I currently have (stock to my old steel frame) is measured:

Steerer outside diameter: 15/16"
Steerer inside diameter: 13/16"
Steerer length: 173mm with the top 40mm threaded

I think I've already deduced that the new fork will fit, but I wanted to be sure, seeing as how I'm cursed and nothing ever works out like it seems it should.

LOL Frickard, I know what ya mean. Some bikes fight you every step of the way, it seems. I've dealt with a couple bikes in the past like that.

Your bike has a 1" steerer, or "head tube", so hopefully this replacement will be painless for ya.
