Energy return wheel

I was pretty much just freaking amazed by this wheel and I would love to see them make them for motor cycles, bicycles, and our motorized bikes so cool. Only a few days away from my new disk brake hub and weinmann rim from showing up anyone please suggest the best and cheapest steel rear chain wheel that will be easily modified to a disk hub thanks and enjoy
