Work on the new very wide Girder Fork, after welding to the triple trees I'll heat and bend the 1/2 inch DOM tubing down and the 3/4 inch DOM tubing up. After welding the joints I cut the excess off and weld bottom brackets.. It's kind a hard to see with all the clamps 13 of them......PS correct spelling for GIRDER....LOL

This build is amazing! I've always thought about the fat tire with a BTR look. I may have missed it but what are you doing for brakes? You mentioned a disc brake mount on the jack shaft.

What are your thoughts on the Walmart wheels holding up to the sprocket torque and friction from the added speed?
