I have just started thinking about removing the top tube from my current build . I was just remembering the old triumph 650's with the oil frames. My top tube is 31 inches long an if made from a peice with at least a 3 inch diameter heavy wall tube appear tankless ,an have a decent fuel capacity , again just thinking about it for now . but thought I would throw that out there maybe someone can use the idea if I dont .

My top tube is 31 inches long an if made from a peice with at least a 3 inch diameter heavy wall tube (would) have a decent fuel capacity
It would hold .98 gallons, so ya plenty big.
The formula for calculating the volume of a cylinder is Cubic Inches= pi * radius² * height in inches.

You tube tank would be 226.2857 CI.
1 Cubic Inch = 0.00432900433 Gallons [US, Fluid]
226.2857*0.004329=0.97959 gallons.
