Hello folks,

Thought I would finally register instead of lurking now that I'm starting my first build.

Using a schwinn lakeshore as the base. (See link below) and the 5g kit from bike berry.

Welcome to the forum. I've moved your thread to the 'Introduce Yourself' section so others can welcome you and give advice regarding your bike choice.

It looks almost identical to one they used to sell called the Jaguar. The Jag was a very popular choice a few years ago and many were motorized successfully. The information doesn't tell us if it is a steel or aluminum frame. The Jag was steel.

Thank you. Right after i clicked submit i noticed that. Must have fat fingered on my tablet somehow. I can tell you its steel I was wire brunching the paint off today for the upcoming paint job. The old paint was very chipped from its past life as my peddle to work bike.
