Worth buying for a build? Or just to have even?

I looked at the pics but I couldn't see any brakes. How hard would it be to put some one if it doesn't have any? Thanks for the input. I might pick it up.
It has a coaster brake on the back. I highly recommend adding a brake caliper to the front.

There's a lot of people who build motor bikes with these just look around. I plan getting my kit tomorrow (/today) and working on it. the one thing I messed with so far is the handle bar, and just to let you know the bolts and nuts that come hold it together are cheap, I stripped the nut trying to tightening it. great looking bike though, almost everyone that see it says they want a bike after seeing it, cant wait to get the motor on. I'll be posting stuff soon.
