How did you make the jackshaft to go to the rim? Are there any tutorials or templates on how to do so? Thanks










If you look closely at the pics above you can see that I just mounted a standard 4-stroke engine mounting plate to the seat tube with 3 small muffler type clamps. There are 2 pillow block bearings that support the 5/8" jackshaft with the secondary drive sprocket on the left side of the bike (that's inboard) with the secondary drive sprocket outboard. On the right hand side of the 5/8" jackshaft is a small brake disc that has a mechanical disc brake caliper to provide rear braking to the bike.

If you follow another build I did of a 99cc predator in a Dyno frame, you can see the 5/8" jackshaft build that is very much the same as My 212cc Pred build here.
