Totally depends on the officer and the laws in your community. No way can we predict what will happen if you are breaking the law.

I'm glad I live in an area with relaxed attitudes. There are at least 6 law enforcement officers that live in my addition, ranging from city, county, and state trooper. They all just wave as I go by their houses.

I've been pulled over twice. Both times the officers made me pedal the bike. That is it.
