Brass Tubing Exhaust?

Yes, if applying heat, the wet sand would or could be disastrous.
I use pipe benders, no heat involved. They're nice lil table-mount with a wheel and the following form...
EBay is awesome, I only paid about $20-30 each...I use them for all my smaller diameter tubing.
Still figuring out the 1-1/2" & larger....

big dif between a pipe bender and a tube bender
pipe has much thicker walls then most tube so it won't kink as easy as tube will.
bending at a slow rate does help as it gives the metal a chance to compress and stretch.
