Went practical with my first one. Chromemoly diamond shaped mountain bike frame. I spent far more than 3 hours to make sure the motor mounts didn't fail and the chain didn't eat the rear wheel. The only real problem I faced was that I cracked the fuel petcock during installation, resulting in a fuel leak. I should have used a coning wrench to install it. I ordered a brass fuel petcock from Boygofast and have had no further problems.
Break-in has been going well.
I plan to replace the twist throttle an older MTB shift lever. I have some cable questions that I'll address in another post.
