kindy rusty crusty but old chrome can be cleaned up, and repainted to suit...the vinyl? is good but old and slightly faded, only has on pinhole in the center...its a springy too...padding has obviously dissolved and the cover CAN come off for re-padding
open to offers, but keep in mind this will not fit in any flat rate box and you will be responsible for shipping on top of your offer
im pretty fair, ask around, and I always do damn good at packing my items and 99% of the time I always throw in extras...random isht
