I was lookin as gps systems but there are so many and I know little about them.

I have a tendency to get turned around after dark on the bike so I'm a lookin for somethin that can keep me on the right track, plot specific routs before hand and maybe also be able to use them for long car rides as well.

So what should I be lookin 4?

I've been using the Garmin "Legend" for the past few years, it works great and decent handlebar mount. Map routes, built in maps, PC compatable with cord, odometer, speedometer, MAX speed, an on and on. Cost between $120-$150.

The GPS I used before this one was a Magellan 300 or 400 series I think. Ejected 2 of them off the handlebar mounts and got fed-up with that. It was $120 and the replacement after the first one was $94. I'd go the Garmin.
