So I've had this kit for a while but wanted the right bike to put it on. I found the Vito Modems Deluxe on bikebuyers, and ordered one. The motor bolts up perfect, however the carb cover rubbed the frame. I went to my local Ace Hardware and purchased a brass plumbing 180* fitting and clamp to extend it away from the frame. The tank was also a problem due to the thickness of the frame so Lowes assisted with a roll of pipe hanger to solve that issue. I caugt heck trying to remove the clutch over screws, and stripped one out but managed to get them off. Now everythin has been mocked up except getting the chain on the 10 tooth sprocket. I could use some pointers there. I'm gonna try to add some pics now, as I'm writing this on my droid.

To get the chain on the sprocket, pull in the clutch and push the pin down to lock it then take a flat head screwdriver and you can turn the sprocket and roll the chain around it....
