Bicycles with the "Goodyear" logo were made by Columbia in the late 1940s. I wouldn't assume that this is a vintage bike though, if that's what attracts you to it. That's a modern saddle, and with the nice-looking condition of the rest of the bike, there's probably no reason that an original, leather Brooks saddle would have been removed and replaced with the kind of saddle that comes on the average Chinese cruiser. Seeing the bike in person would likely tell you for sure whether the bike's old and American, or new and Chinese.
But, either way, it's a cool-looking bike -- especially for $100.
