found this recipe and just thought some of you chocolate lovers would like to try it 
i have fallen inlove with this, just gotta stop making them (fattening haha)
so in order to make this mouth watering recipe you need:
nutella
flour
s/r flour
butter
milk
egg
sugar
add one egg to a mug, and whisk,
next add 3-4 big soup/large spoonfulls of plain flour to the egg, add a spoonful of s/r flour to the mix, next add 2 heaped spoonfuls of butter, 3-4 spoonfuls of sugar, then stir it all together till there is no lumps, add milk to thin out. then add however much nutella or ooey gooey chocolate spread to the mixture
then microwave for 2.5 mins and ta da! you have a quick and easy mug cake!
i added vanilla essence to mine and made it even more tasty
