If you watched the video through, in the middle is a where you see the fence set on fire from I guess both the exhaust and burning tires.
As far a moose goes, I had an experience where a moose probably would have run me down, but I out witted the creature. It followed me to a trail. I ran down the trail and turned back to see it starting down the trail also. I ducked back into the woods and hid. Maybe this does not always work?

MT, I'm glad you survived your moose encounter. During mating season the bulls get very aggressive and will charge at a car.
