Just got my bike running, have a few Qs

I just got my bike running today and working out the bugs. I noticed when my chain goes around the drive gear it seems a little noisy in general, is that normal? Also it jumps a bit when the masterlink goes around. I was wondering if this will resolve itself (stretch) or do I have a problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a common problem.

Take the sprocket cover off and you will see where the chain hits the cover in the front.
Grind or file some clearance.

The teeth on the 10 tooth sprocket are poorly formed too and
the chain will reshape it in the first few miles.
